Mixing test of whey protein using the powder mixer "Tumbler Mini".

The possibility of mixing changes depending on the filling rate! Here are the test results for protein mixing!

We would like to introduce the test results of protein mixing, which we receive inquiries about very frequently. Using the "Tumbler Mini (TMC-36S)", after 3 minutes, the filling rate exceeded 80%, so there were some ingredients that did not mix completely. Therefore, we transferred it to the "Tumbler Mixer (TMH-65S)" and mixed it for another 5 minutes. The mixing was completed without any issues. The ability to mix depends on the filling rate, and we realized that testing is indeed important to confirm the optimal conditions. If you send us your raw materials for testing, we will conduct the tests and report the results to you free of charge, so please feel free to contact us. [Test Overview] ■ Raw Materials: Protein (various types including whey) ■ Conditions: Approximately 10kg for 36L ■ Test Model: Tumbler Mini (TMC-36S) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Soy protein mixing test of the powder mixer "Tumbler Mini".

Conducting a protein blending test! Introducing a powder mixer suitable for small-batch, multi-product manufacturing.

We conducted a protein mixing test, and I would like to share the details. The test was performed with soy protein and sweeteners, mixing a total of about 10 kg. After one minute of mixing, it was sufficiently blended, resulting in a satisfactory outcome for our customers. One of the features of our mixing machine is its suitability for small-batch, diverse production, making it ideal for those who want to offer custom-made protein options to users or sell various flavors. In the video, we also verify whether the sweeteners are evenly distributed by comparing them to BB pellets, so please take a look. [Test Overview] - Ingredients: Soy protein + sweeteners - Conditions: Mixed a total of about 10 kg *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Test of fried chicken mixing with the powder mixer "Tumbler Mini"

We received a request for testing because we want to make daily tasks easier by adopting a commercial cooking blender!

A customer who prepares a large amount of fried chicken by hand every day requested a test, saying, "I want to make my daily tasks easier." We placed about 15 kg of chicken and sauce into a 36L container of the "Tumbler Mini" and mixed it for 1 minute. Since it mixed without any issues, we added potato starch. After 1 minute, some powder remained on the walls of the container, but after mixing for another 5 minutes, the walls were clear, although some powder remained in the corners at the bottom. After consulting with the customer, we concluded that it was acceptable for some powder to remain as long as it was evenly coated around the meat. We promptly sent it back via cool delivery, and the customer fried it and found no issues, leading to their decision to adopt the product. [Case Summary] ■ Delivered Product: Commercial Cooking Mixer (Tumbler Mini) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
